I joined Michelle following a long term back and hip injury. The root of the problem was soon identified and I was given a set of clearly defined and well explained exercises. The clinic sessions were very beneficial with improvements noticeable following each appointment.
I was helped to understand the root cause of my injury in very simple terms. This understanding made the exercises make sense.
I also appreciated the alternative treatments (sports massage) suggested by Michelle to supplement the osteopathy sessions. I found this approach refreshing and believe it helped speed up my recovery.
I have been injury free for over 8 months and training for my first 1/2 marathon. I still complete the stretching exercises prescribed by Michelle and believe that these have helped prevent a re-occurrence of what was a long term injury.
